Scarificator
Twelve-bladed octagonal steel scarificator, blades arranged on two rods and cutting in the same direction. Two stars engraved on one side indicate proper alignment of top and bottom. Bears symbol of crowned rod of Asclepius on cocking lever. Used in cupping.
