Yellowed certificate with a seal on the bottom left corner and a skull and pelvis bone emblem at the top. Reads: "Phi Beta Bi. This writing is to certify that Robert R Macdonald of Pittsburgh, State of Penna., has been initiated by the Alpha Chapter of University of Pittsburgh 11089 in witness whereof we have hereunto set out hand and have caused to be affixed the great seal of the fraternity this 27th day of April A.D. 1929."
